What are your shipping rates?
Prissaholic currently ships worldwide. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days. (all orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the next business day). You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships!

CANADA SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) $16.00
- UPS Shipping (3-5 business days) $32.00
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $125
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) $21.95 (Free for orders over $200)
- UPS Shipping (3-7 business days) $42.00
International Shipping
*All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and Prissaholic is not responsible for fees.
Do you accept returns?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days for refund or exchange. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) are unopened, in the original packaging and not damaged.
* Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
We also accept Afterpay and Klarna. Simply select 'Installments by AfterPay' or 'Installments by Klarna' during checkout and pay for your purchase in 4 equal payments. AfterPay and Klarna is only available to domestic customers at this time.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product(s)?
If you received an incorrect product in your order, or are missing an item, we are very sorry! Please contact us at orders@prissaholic.com and we'll make sure to assist you ASAP!
